Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

In short

We collect only the information needed to call you back and plan your service. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't sign you up for any newsletter without your agreement. This policy explains the details in plain language, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.

What we collect and why

When you fill out our request form, we collect: your name, phone number, municipality, email if you provide it, and the description of your pest problem (type, urgency, property type). We use this information for one thing only: contacting you about your request and preparing the service visit.

When you call, we note the same basic information to plan the service.

The site also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (page views, where visitors come from). That tool is only activated if you accept it through the consent banner. No advertising data, no social media pixels.

Who has access

Your information is sent to our team by email and viewed only by the people handling your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Our technical providers (website hosting, email delivery) process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep the information tied to a request for as long as needed to handle your file and meet our legal and guarantee obligations. When it's no longer needed, it's deleted securely.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to us at the address below and we'll take care of it promptly.

Person responsible for the protection of personal information

For any question about this policy or your information, contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information at Extermination BETA, a division of Groupe A.R.S. Inc., by email. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
